These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dynamics365support.com and any support services provided by Dynamics 365 Support ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Dynamics 365 Support provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform support services to businesses on a subscription and on-demand basis. Our services include but are not limited to:
The specific services included in your engagement are defined by your selected support plan or statement of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscription support plans are billed monthly on a 12-month contract term. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. On-demand support is billed at the agreed hourly rate following service delivery.
New clients are subject to an onboarding fee of up to one month's service charge, which covers environment discovery, documentation, and onboarding activities.
All fees are quoted and billed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.
Subscription plans are billed on a 12-month contract. Early termination of a contract may result in the remaining balance of the contract term becoming due. If you wish to cancel or modify your plan, please contact us at least 30 days before your next billing date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms.

Our support services cover your Dynamics 365 environment as described in your support plan. Support does not include major new implementations, full system migrations, or significant custom application development unless covered by a separate statement of work.
We are an independent Microsoft Solutions Partner. We are not Microsoft and do not have the authority to bind Microsoft or make representations on their behalf beyond what is expressly stated in writing.
Response time SLAs apply during business hours, defined as Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, excluding US federal holidays. Response time refers to initial acknowledgement and triage of your request, not resolution time, as resolution time varies based on issue complexity.
We treat all information about your business, systems, and operations as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. We expect the same level of confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, pricing, and internal processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamics 365 Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Dynamics 365 Support and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nebraska.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For active clients, material changes to service terms will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
