Brian Begley, owner of enCloud9 and Dynamics365support.com, began our webinar by discussing the improvement of the Dynamics 365 mobile app from earlier versions. As a result of the Unified Interface, users now have a consistent experience from PC to phone. The experience is the same regardless of the device that you are on. Responsive forms refactor to the size of your mobile screen.
Brian then discussed many of the app’s best features for improving productivity on the go. Some of the topics discussed included:
- Checking on the status of a case
- Creating appointment notes easily from your phone or tablet.
- Tracking emails • Scanning business Cards
- Viewing interactive dashboards

After discussing a few of the many benefits of the Dynamics 365 Mobile app, Brian went into a live demo of the app. Brian demonstrated not only how quick and easy it is to navigate through the app, but also how the app has been enhanced. Also previously, there were some issues with the mobile app. These issues have now been resolved.
